I truly cannot thank Dr. Yeung enough for the life changing impact he has made on my life. I had always suffered from chronic congestion, sinus headaches, post nasal drip, and frequent sinus infections. I had doctors tell me that I just had bad allergies. However, after years of allergy shots and various nasal sprays, my symptoms never improved.

That’s when my mother and I found Dr. Yeung online and booked my first appointment. With just one look at my CT scan, Dr. Yeung gave me answers to all of my sinus issues: chronic sinusitis, septal deviation, bilateral inferior turbinates hypertrophy, and nasal polyps.

Ever since my sinus surgery, I can finally breathe through both nostrils and my headaches and post nasal drip are completely gone. Dr. Yeung is meticulous, thorough, and he genuinely cares about his patients’ health and well being. He is the best, and I am so grateful for his expertise.

Prior to my surgery at the Yeung Institute, I was unable to breathe through my nose with any degree of utility. I breathed through my mouth day and night, often suffering from a dry mouth and throat. This also deeply affected my sleep quality and contributed to a constant state of sleep deprivation.
Prior to my referral to the Yeung Institute, I had already undergone a septoplasty, conducted by a surgeon who operated with a total lack of transparency and left me with no noticeable results. When I began seeking to solve my breathing problem again, I entered the process with much skepticism.
However, in my first consultation with Dr. Yeung, he showed me the CT scan of my nasal cavity, walked through every issue with me, and clearly explained everything he would do in surgery and why it would work. His level of transparency and expertise set me at ease from the first meeting. Also, everyone in the building, from the front desk to finance to nursing, was extremely professional, helpful, and polite.
The Yeung Institute also has the single greatest nurse in the history of medicine, who answered all of my questions in person, on the phone, through email, during appointments, and even after hours. I remember in the days following my surgery she was responding to questions well after 10pm and was always available to ensure we had all of the help and answers we needed during the most difficult part of recovery. I am now 7 weeks post-operation, and can now comfortably breathe through my nose without issue, I fall asleep much faster, my sleep is noticeably better, and I no longer suffer from dryness in my throat.
Dr Yeung is absolutely a masterful surgeon, the staff are all exceptional, and I would highly recommend The Yeung Institute to anyone who wants guaranteed results.

Dr. Hershey was phenomenal! I had my first visit with him today and I couldn't believe how much time he spent with me! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very thorough ENT who takes his time and addresses every issue. I kept thanking him for his time. I have never had a doctor's undivided attention for so long! Dr. Hershey took nearly 1 1/2 hours with me! I have a very complex and involved history, various health issues and symptoms. He took his time to address each issue individually. He explained everything in detail, offered natural alternatives as well (which I greatly appreciated). He made me feel much better about my symptoms and offered great reassurance.
He also performed an ENT endoscopy during my visit. He was very gentle and explained procedure to me very well before starting.
He allowed me to record it on my phone too, which was incredibly helpful for my records.
I am so grateful for Dr. Hershey's knowledge, expertise, experience and gentle manner. I am so glad I found him!

I had a severely deviated septum along with a perforation that caused constant pain, recurrent sinus infections, and made it difficult to breathe. For years, I couldn’t find anyone able to repair the perforation, and I knew surgery was necessary. That’s when I found Dr. Yeung. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure and was able to successfully repair both issues.
Now, just a couple of months post-op, I can finally breathe out of both nostrils for the first time in my life. The front staff is also amazing, kind, professional, and always welcoming. A special thank you to Chelsea Anne, RN, who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She is hands down the best nurse I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
I’m so grateful to Dr. Yeung and the entire team at the Yeung Institute for their expertise and exceptional care. Highly recommend!

I have spent years in and out of doctors offices and ER's. A new diagnosis each time and discrediting the last or adding to the list. New medications every few weeks because nothing was working.
Blood tests, CT scans, MRI's, heart monitors...and each time they were stumped and told me its all in my head.
I had been diagnosed ADHD, suicidal ideation, Bipolar II, Severe Depression, and Severe anxiety... and chronic migraines (20-30 per month). No one could tell me why i was dizzy and sick all the time. No one could tell me why my BPM jumped up to 180-190 just from a brisk walk...i was told i just needed to lose weight.
After years of medications not working, I was deemed "medically treatment resistant." I was told the only option I had left was to try Ketamine or get shock therapy to the brain.
I couldnt work to support myself so my husband had taken on all the responsibility to allow me to keep searching for a solution. Until one night, my husband randomly told me "maybe all these issues stem from a deviated septum? You always say you cant breathe." I thought it was a long shot but promised id go check because what else did I have to lose? I had pretty much given up hope by this point. I found Dr. Yeung just by a quick Google search and saw his amazing reviews. At my very first appointment with a quick CT, he diagnosed me with Chronic Pansinusitus and a deviated septum.
He told me that this has been the cause of all my problems. I still didn't really believe that but scheduled surgery a few weeks out anyway. They winded up being able to get me in a couple weeks early. It felt like I just went down for a nap. Everything went great. Recovery was okay, I was just really tired all the time from the medication and it was annoying to have the upper and lower packing in, but I dealt with it fine even with my sensory issues. At my post op to get my lower packing out, I couldn't believe it.
I could breathe. I have never known how bad my breathing was until I took my first full breath. I cried, a lot. It was overwhelming but I was happy.
As time went on, I noticed I hadn't had but 1 headache over several weeks since surgery. My depression and anxiety is no more. Suicidal thoughts? Non-existent. Dr. Yeung and his wonderful nurse Chelsea literally saved my life. I don't think I would've been able to get through any of this without Chelsea.
She was my rock and kept me so calm before surgery and at every appointment since. I can't thank the Yeung Institute enough for changing my life. I never imagined that id finally be able to LIVE life.
And because of them, im finally taking the plunge to go to college at 29💕
