For several years I was having pain on my left upper face. I went to several doctors and dentists - even pulled some teeth and none of it helped. He explained my CT scan and recommended sinus surgery, turbinate reduction and a septoplasty.

The whole staff made the experience very very smooth and Chelsea is SUPER informative and helpful. This was my first surgery ever going under and the only person who made me nervous was my mom LOL

I got an endoscopic sinus surgery, I had a little bit of a tough recovery (to be expected) but my life has CHANGED. All my friends are telling me how much they want to get the procedure now because I’m normally always stopped up and sick but not anymore.

Also the aftercare might seem dramatic, I promise you just DO IT. You will not regret over doing it on your cleaning and following directions it makes the long term healing and check ups SO much smoother. But yeah my instagram is @sophstinnett if you have more questions I’m happy to answer!

I used to have a lot of trouble breathing and coming here has made such a difference. I was really nervous since this was my first surgery but the nurse was so sweet and reassuring and helped me feel comfortable with my decision.

I had sinus surgery about two months ago after dealing with ongoing breathing issues. It occurred mostly on one side, especially at night when lying down, and occasionally during the day as well. After spending time researching, I came across Dr. Yeung and felt comfortable after my consultation.

From the start, the experience felt very organized and professional. Chelsea, his assistant nurse, was especially helpful. She made it clear I could reach out with any questions and provided very thorough pre-op and post-op instructions. She also met with me the morning of surgery to prep me.

Post-op care has been consistent, with regular follow-up appointments to manage congestion, support healing, and catch any potential issues early. Most importantly, my breathing has improved tremendously, and I am very happy with the results. Overall, the entire team has been helpful and professional. I recently underwent a surgical procedure (Sinus Surgery) performed by Dr. Cecil Yeung, and I can confidently say that my experience exceeded my expectations in every way.

My Surgery was 6 months ago and I have not had a sinus infection since , so no antibiotics! Another surgeon tried to fix my nose after a serious fall. I was shocked to find out he made my nose wider, AND my left nostril whistled.
After that surgeon repeatedly told me nothing was wrong, I looked for a surgeon who did repeat septoplasty.
Dr. Yeung dealt with some of the previous surgeon’s creative work and was able to uncollapse my left nostril from the inside. My nose looks much more like it did before my fall and I breathe better. I do NOT need a C-PAP and my nose does not whistle.
I wish I had come to Dr. Yeung first.

Few surgeons are as meticulous Dr. Yeung. He holds himself to the highest standards of care. When you meet him, you will know how his demanding nature as a surgeon translates to excellent results.

Overall great outcome. I was reluctant to undergo surgery, but my symptoms got so bad that I had to make the decision to do it. My sister-in-law had sinus surgery and a rhinoplasty with Dr. Yeung about ten years ago and has been doing great ever since...so I took her suggestion and went to him. I am coming up on my 'one-year after surgery' date and can happily report that I am free of sinus infections and congestion. I am very happy with my choice and would highly recommend him.

I am very happy with my sinus surgery. The care was great and the whole process went smoothly. Dr. Yeung thoroughly explained my condition. He spends a lot of time with you to go through all of your symptoms and reads the CT scan with you in a very detailed fashion so you know exactly what is going on. I have never felt so good and been able to breathe this well. No more sinus infections!!! I would highly recommend him and have even sent a few friends there.

Dr. Yeung is amazing. I had been having breathing issue for my entire life. I had excess growth of tissues and bony structures inside my nose, which basically blocked my nasal passage. I came to see Dr. Yeung and scheduled for a surgery. I felt so much better just one week after the surgery. It has been over a month since then, and breathing has never been this easy. I actually had two surgeries before Dr. Yeung: one was about 10 years ago, and the other about 20 years ago. The results from these previous experience were not great; I was still having breathing issue after. Not only was Dr. Yeung's surgery provided superior results, the recovering was also less painful. Dr. Yeung's staff was very helpful and always friendly. The instructions given during the pre ops meeting were very clear. Rescheduling was made very easy. I had really great experience. Dr. Yeung and his staff are incredible. I came to Dr. Yeung after another doctor completely messed up my nose. He found the problem immediately, walked me through my cat scan and assured me he’d fix the issue. The staff, Dawn, Rachel, Chelsea and Pearl are amazing as well. Miracle worker doesn't begin to describe Dr. Yeung. I can breathe for the first time in my 26 year old life. Because of him, my sinuses are clear and no longer draining into my stomach and causing me pain. I can sleep without trouble and finally wake up rested. Can't thank him and his staff enough

My wife had her sinus surgery done by Dr. Yeung years ago and has been great ever since. I finally bit the bullet and went through with the procedure this summer. Great experience. Great results. Definitely recommend Dr. Yeung. He is a talented surgeon, very experienced and will give you a straight forward, no nonsense approach to dealing with life-long sinus issues. Dr. Hershey was phenomenal! I had my first visit with him today and I couldn't believe how much time he spent with me! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very thorough ENT who takes his time and addresses every issue. I kept thanking him for his time. I have never had a doctor's undivided attention for so long! Dr. Hershey took nearly 1 1/2 hours with me! I have a very complex and involved history, various health issues and symptoms. He took his time to address each issue individually. He explained everything in detail, offered natural alternatives as well (which I greatly appreciated). He made me feel much better about my symptoms and offered great reassurance.
He also performed an ENT endoscopy during my visit. He was very gentle and explained procedure to me very well before starting.
He allowed me to record it on my phone too, which was incredibly helpful for my records.

Dr. Marcus Hershey went above and beyond to listen to all my symptoms/concerns and explain all the immediate and long term treatment options for my reoccurring sinusitis.

He is very knowledgeable, kind, honest, caring, and patient. He is also very thorough to examine my symptoms and medical history before diagnosing. He goes above and beyond to help - from both an administrative and medical side with talking about insurance, cost effective treatment for the patient - all the way to daily preventative care to improve my allergies/sinuses.

Dr. Hershey also has a range of expertise as an ENT and he educated me on all the latest technologies and treatment options to not only address my immediate infections but prevent them long term. I honestly had no idea of all the options or that my reoccurring sinusitis could be prevented.

I originally went to an urgent care for my infections because I couldn’t get into my primary care due to covid restrictions. The medicine prescribed from the urgent care didn’t work and I’ve been sick for almost 2-3 weeks. With the medicine Dr. Hershey prescribed me after our visit I was finally able to see my congestion reduce and sleep through the night again which was amazing after have 5 nights of minimal sleep!!

He’s extremely communicative and quick to attend to my follow up questions as well provide additional medical reading material to my follow up questions. I’m definitely going to go see him first if I’ve an infection as opposed to my primary/urgent care.

For anyone who has any ENT concerns and especially allergies/sinuses/infections like me I recommend seeing Dr. Hershey. He is a compassionate doctor who makes you feel genuinely cared for and heard.
